Sealed in the Tomb

Mark 15:46 - 16:1
46 Then he bought fine linen, took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen. And he laid Him in a tomb which had been hewn out of the rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the tomb. 47 And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses observed where He was laid. 1 Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might come and anoint Him.

When Jesus died on the cross, He was loved enough to be finely prepared for burial in honor.  The women who had followed Him made note of where the grave was so they could come back to further honor with spices to anoint the Anointed One even after death - such was their love for the one who taught, healed, loved, and walked among them.  Do we give all to anoint Him in willing love and honor?
