Made Perfectly Well in Christ

Matthew 14:35-36
35 And when the men of that place recognized Him, they sent out into all that surrounding region, brought to Him all who were sick, 36 and begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched it were made perfectly well.

When Jesus came to an area, people knew they could be made well.  They immediately would tell everyone to come and be healed, even by just touching His clothes, the mere edge of who He was, by faith.  So we too come just to be near Him, and are made perfectly well in our souls.  It is not about the physical healing, but the position and relationship with God that is at stake here.  Jesus suffered and died to bring us to God, healing the broken spirit within each of us who trust and so follow Him.
