Worthy to Suffer Shame

Acts 5:41-42
41 So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name. 42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.

When the disciples were threatened for speaking life to others, God protected them (this time) and they looked with great joy at being able to suffer for being Christ's.  It meant that they were doing the right things and so were seen and treated as He was before the self-righteous and ungodly.  What did they then do?  They kept on telling the good news, the words of (eternal) life - not just in the temple, but wherever they went.  So is our example to follow as they followed.
