Mark 2:1-2
1 And again He entered Capernaum after some days, and it was heard that He was in the house. 2 Immediately many gathered together, so that there was no longer room to receive them, not even near the door. And He preached the word to them (ἐλάλει αὐτοῖς τὸν λόγον).
After healing many and word of all Jesus said and did spread, when He stopped in this town multitudes came until the house was overflowing. Even the doorway was full. What did Jesus then do? He spoke His word, God's good news of the kingdom to come, including all He said before on repentance, trusting faith that acts, turning to live God's way from the heart and not with religious overtones of outward compliance. He spoke of heart issues as in the sermon on the mount, I would expect. We must speak and listen, not demanding physical healing, but yearning for eternal healing of our souls.
